‘Foreign Wanderers’ Football Team Match

Another month means another busy schedule completed by the CIPTC Foreign Wanderers.
Unlike previous months ‘The Wanderers’ focused on training after finally finding a venue they could use regularly. These sessions focused on match fitness, technical ball work and overall teamwork. Although each training session was basked in the hot afternoon sun ‘The Wanderers’ battled though the heat in an enjoyable hardworking setting.
Bao'an Foreign Teacher Professional Development Training

This week’s Professional Development was separated into three different places. According to the grade taught by Foreign Teachers, they were divided into three Learning Circles. Mentor Amanda hosted the LC in CIPTC Bao’an room; Mentor Jack hosted the LC in Fanshen Primary School; Mentor Devon hosted the LC in Bao'an No.1 Foreign Language School, Senior High School. Compared with previous training, these learning circles were more targeted to teacher’s specific content base, smaller in size, and more efficient.
Foreign Teacher's Cultural Visits in China

Cultural Visits for CIPTC Foreign Teachers of 2018 have drawn to a successful end recently. In this activity, CIPTC foreign teachers visit Sujiawei Hakka Village, Fujian Tulou Hakka Folk Culture Village, the Site of the Gutian Congress and Peitian ancient village, etc.
Sujiawei Hakka Village, located in Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, is the first stop of this activity to explore Hakka culture. Sujiawei is also the settlement of descendants of Su Dongpo, a litrary giant of the Song Dynasty. Here in Sujiawei, foreign teachers can not only enjoy the idyllic pastoral scene, but also experience the culture of the Su family and Hakka people with a history over 700 years.
